Returns & Exchanges

At RedManShop, we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our customers; therefore, we offer returns or exchanges on non-perishable items within 14 days of purchase. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food products or temperature-sensitive ingredients unless they are defective.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and not classified as a perishable or heat-sensitive food product.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the items in their original box and include a copy of your receipt or the Return Authorization form.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
